ASPARAGUS SALAD RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

3 to 4 cups ice water in a dish 1 bundle of asparagus, narrow 1 package of cherry tomatoes, petite ten string cheeses, pale Lighten-Up 1/2 cup TB Newman's Own The vinegar vinegar Basil dressing pepper

STEP-1

Underwater-rinse the tomatoes and asparagus.

STEP-2

Preheat several glasses of water to a boil.

STEP-3

Remove the asparagus spears' bases. While sliced into thirds, bring to a simmer for 5 to 7 minutes.

Step-4

Asparagus should be drained and placed in a basin of ice water to prevent further cooking.

Step-5

halve the cherry tomatoes. String cheese is cut.

Step-6

Combine string cheese, cherry tomatoes, and asparagus in a large basin.

Step-7

Dressing is poured on top. Combine pepper and oregano. Chill until serving time.
