Prepare a 9-by-13-inch pan greased and put aside. Melt the butter and miniature marshmallows in a medium container over medium heat. Once the mixture has reached a uniform regularity.
After removing the container from the heat, stir in the cereal thoroughly. This is combined with the greased pan.
Utilizing wax paper or a spatula, distribute and flatten the mixture. Refrigerate and refrigerate.
Combine water and unwrapped caramels in a separate saucepan; cook over low heat, whisking continuously, until the mixture becomes smooth. Pour this over the mixture for the Rice Krispies and distribute evenly.
Add chocolate morsels to the final layer in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously, until melted and smooth. Combine in the peanut butter until smooth. When cooled, incorporate into the caramel layer.
Cut chilled bars, but place them out for at least a half-hour prior to consumption so they have a softened texture. GREATLY ENJOY!
