CHOCOLATE CHIP FROSTING RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

1 cup clarified butter 1/4 cup softened cream cheese One teaspoon of vanilla essence 3-3 1/2 cup sugar granules 1/2 cup sugar brown 1/2 cup chocolate chunks in milk 1/4 cup chocolate mini morsels

STEP-1

Cream together the butter, cream cheese, and vanilla in a medium basin.

INSTRUCTION

STEP-2

Combine brown sugar and powdered sugar thoroughly.

STEP-3

Incorporate milk chocolate morsels.

Step-4

Apply to pastries or cake.

Step-5

Additional miniature chocolate morsels

Step-6

When not required immediately, refrigerate and allow to return to room temperature for a minimum of 30 minutes prior to recombining and applying to the cupcakes or cake.
