GRAVY POT ROAST RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

2 to 3 cups drippings from the pot roast that has been prepared Corn starch, 2 1/2 tablespoons Pinch of salt and pepper

STEP-1

By transferring the beef broth to a strainer, any particles can be extracted. The broth is poured into a skillet.

INSTRUCTION

STEP-2

In a small basin, combine 3 tablespoons of the broth that was drained and added to the cornstarch; whisk until thoroughly combined.

STEP-3

After bringing the broth to a simmer in the skillet, whisk in the cornstarch mixture. Stir in the thickening agent.

Step-4

Adjust the amount of salt and pepper to flavor.
