HAM SALAD RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

3 cups cooked ham cubed ▢2 baby dill pickles ▢2 hard boiled eggs chopped ▢2 tablespoons celery finely chopped ▢1 cup mayonnaise ▢1 tablespoon yellow mustard

STEP-1

Combine the ham cubes and dill cucumbers in a food processor. You may pulverize them to the desired consistency; however, avoid over processing to prevent the formation of a paste.  

STEP-2

In a serving basin, combine the chopped ham with the remaining ingredients. Mix everything together.  

STEP-3

Refrigerate until ready to serve, covered.  

Step-4

Spread or serve with crackers or bread.
