Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Composting parchment paper onto a cookie tray. Arrange the pretzels in a solitary layer across the parchment paper, then reserve.
Brown sugar and butter are melted in a saucepan. Cook for 7 to 8 minutes over medium heat, or until a tan-brown hue develops.
Pour the toffee mixture over the pretzels, ensuring that each is completely covered. Bake for ten minutes at 350 degrees. Remove and garnish with two cups of your preferred chocolate chips (we used one cup white chocolate chips and one cup milk chocolate chips for a half-and-half).
Cool to ambient temperature or refrigerate until completely solidified. Refrigerate the portions in an airtight container after slicing them.
