RECIPE FOR CHOW MIEN

INGREDIENTS

3 (3.6-ounce) or 3 (3-ounce) packets of chow mien noodles R amen noodle subscriptions Three tablespoons of olive oil 2 cups minced cabbage 1 large carrot, diced and trimmed 1 cup sprouted legume 2 teaspoons chopped garlic Green scallions used as an accent

STEP-1

Whisk together the  soy sauce, sesame oil, chicken broth, cornstarch, and sugar in a small mixing basin.

INSTRUCTION

STEP-2

Cook noodles per the instructions on the package. Rinse and drain, then put aside.

STEP-3

Olive oil should be added to a griddle or large skillet over medium-high heat. Cabbage, carrots, sprouts, and minced garlic should be added. Saute the cabbage for two to three minutes, or until wilted.

Step-4

Reduce heat to medium and stir in the noodles and sauce to the pan. Stirring intermittently, cook for five to six minutes.

Step-5

To flavor, garnish with garlic salt. Warm green scallions should be added before serving.
