Warm 1-2 inches of oil over medium heat in a small saute pan.
Combine the spices with the softened cream cheese until thoroughly combined.
If egg roll wrappers are available, cut them into four tiny squares using a pizza cutter. Wrappers from Won Ton are pre-cut to the required dimensions.
Position a disk of teaspoon size using a small ice cream scoop in the center of the square wrapper. Spread water on the four corners of the wrapper using your finger, then bundle it up.
Fry in heated oil until golden brown on all sides. Depending on the temperature of the oil, frying may require a shorter or prolonged duration.
