1 cup sugar brown
1/2 cup softened butter or margarine
1/2 cup oil, vegetable
Salt, 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
One teaspoon of baking powder
One teaspoon of vanilla essence
One teaspoon of almond extract
Three tablespoons flour, all-purpose
White chocolate chunks, 6 ounces
Butterscotch morsels, 6 ounces
Using a mixer, cream together the sugars, butter, and oil.
Eggs should be incorporated and beaten until airy.
Incorporate dry ingredients alongside almond and vanilla extracts.
