INGREDIENTS

One cup of yellow maize 1 cup flour, all-purpose 1/4 cup sugar Baked Powder (4 tablespoons) One teaspoon of salt One-cup milk Two extra-large eggs a half cup softened unsalted butter

STEP-1

375°F preheat the oven. Grease a 9-by-9-inch (or 8-by-10-inch) baking dish lightly.

INSTRUCTION

STEP-2

Combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing basin.

STEP-3

Pour the milk, eggs, and butter into the dry ingredients that have been centered in a well. After stirring until the batter is just combined, transfer it into the prepared pan.

Step-4

Twenty to twenty-four minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the dish emerges clear.
