Smokes wrapped in bacon
Two 12-ounce packages of lit'l smokes from Hill shire Farm 1 pound of chilled bacon, quartered segments 1/2–1/2 cup brown sugar, mild
Turn the oven temperature to 325°F. Aluminum foil should be used to line a baking sheet; put aside.
Each smoke is encased in a piece of chilled bacon. Bacon should be held in position using a toothpick.
Smoke the smokes and arrange them on the prepared baking tray.
Brown sugar is sprinkled over the smokes.
Bake the bacon for 30–40 minutes, or until to your liking.
