After distributing the spinach and cheese mixture on the chicken breast, roll the chicken securely. Utilize a toothpick to fasten.
Coat the chicken bundle evenly with the crumbs and cheese dish after dipping it in the egg.
The chicken should be placed with the seam down in a greased 9×13 dish. Bake until sprayed with cooking spray, then 30 minutes later. After serving, remove the toothpick and garnish the pasta with the remaining mozzarella cheese and heated pasta sauce.
