STUFFED CHICKEN PARMESAN RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

6 thin poultry breasts (if they are slightly thicker, you can pound them down). Softened cream cheese, 4 ounces 10 ounces chopped, thawed, and drained spinach 1 1/2 quarts Mozzarella cheese, divided into shreds Six tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese, one egg whisked 10 RITZ Crackers pulverized into pasta sauce (heated of your choosing) 

STEP-1

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Combine cream cheese, spinach, 3 tablespoons of Parmesan, and 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese in a medium basin. Complement and place aside.

STEP-3

In a shallow dish, combine the remaining grated Parmesan and cracker crumbs. In a basin, whisk together the egg that has been beaten.

Step-4

After distributing the spinach and cheese mixture on the chicken breast, roll the chicken securely. Utilize a toothpick to fasten.

Step-5

Coat the chicken bundle evenly with the crumbs and cheese dish after dipping it in the egg.

Step-6

The chicken should be placed with the seam down in a greased 9×13 dish. Bake until sprayed with cooking spray, then 30 minutes later. After serving, remove the toothpick and garnish the pasta with the remaining mozzarella cheese and heated pasta sauce.
