THE MOST EXCELLENT MASHED POTATO RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

5 pounds of rinsed, peeled, and cubed russet potatoes Four ounces of cream cheese a half cup melted salted butter 1/2 cup heavy cream for frothing 1/2 teaspoon of minced parsley granules and garlic salt pepper to personal preference

STEP-1

After placing the diced potatoes in a large pot, cover them with water. Reduce the heat, bring water to a boil, and simmer the potatoes for 20–25 minutes, or until they are fork-tender. Eliminate the water.

INSTRUCTION

STEP-2

In a large basin, combine the potatoes with the cream cheese, butter, cream, and salt.

STEP-3

Combine ingredients with mashed potatoes using a potato processor until the desired consistency is achieved.

Step-4

If preferred, season with additional pepper and salt.
