After placing the diced potatoes in a large pot, cover them with water. Reduce the heat, bring water to a boil, and simmer the potatoes for 20–25 minutes, or until they are fork-tender. Eliminate the water.
In a large basin, combine the potatoes with the cream cheese, butter, cream, and salt.
Combine ingredients with mashed potatoes using a potato processor until the desired consistency is achieved.
If preferred, season with additional pepper and salt.
