ZUCCHINI FRIED RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

Two medium-sized zucchinis Two to three glasses of milk Two cups Italian or plain  bread crumbs The vegetable oil in 3 cups of all-purpose flour

STEP-1

Bring the oil to a medium temperature.

STEP-2

The zucchini is sliced into numerous circles. Coat ten to fifteen zucchini segments in a bowl of milk.

STEP-3

Then, place the segments in a bowl containing the flour and coat them.

STEP-4

Re-submerge the segments in the milk and ensure that they become completely rinsed.

STEP-5

Coat the segments with the crumbs in a bowl.

STEP-6

Turn the pan while frying to ensure that both sides are coloring uniformly until golden brown. Continue with the remaining segments until they are all breaded and fried.
